A meeting of the Heritors and Kirk Session was held as called from the pulpit in due form.

The minutes of last meeting were read and approved of.

The Poor Roll was then examined and declared as follows - 

James Peebles, aliment per month 10/-
Widow Whittet  " "

with occasional assistance to Mary Cerar at the rate of 10/- per month.

The Treasurer's Books were examined and found correct, and the entries properly vouched; And it was found that the sum of twenty six pounts 5/- including the collection's percentage, will be required for the next six months. The Heritors agreed to assess themselves for the above sum, and authorised their Clerk to collect the same.

The meeting authorised the Clerk to procure a Minute Book and Poor Roll Book for the monthly allowances, and directed that the account for the poor should be kept seperate from those of the Heritors.
