Parochial Board Detail

11/08/1859
The minutes of the last meeting being read and approved, the Inspector laid before the Meeting his receipts and expenditure for the last six months which were examined and found correct leaving a balance of Nine Shillings and ten pence due to him. It was found that about Twenty Pounds in addition to Church collections would be required to meet the expenses of next half year and the meeting hereby assess the Heritors in the sum of Twenty Pounds to meet these demands and authorise Mr Tweedie to collect the same.
The Inspector laid before the meeting a printed letter that he had received from the Board of Supervision intimating that the reports of that Board, which hitherto been supplied gratuitiously, would now be charged about 1/9 each. The Meeting authorised Mr Tweedie to order one copy of said report for this year.
