Parochial Board Detail

The minute of the last meeting being read out and approved, the Inspector laid before the Meeting the Poor's Roll with income and expenditure for the last 6 months which were examined and found correct the balance due to him being 18/7d.   There was laid before the Meeting an account from Dr Wylie, Errol for medicines from March 1854 to March 1857.  Amount Five Pounds 7/6.  The Inspector was directed to pay the balance of this account which may be due after receiving from the Rev Mr Graham a collection which is in his hands amounting  to Two Pounds Seven Shillings.  The meeting having looked over the list of paupers agreed to continue the allowances to them for the next half year the same as at present. The Meeting agreed to assess the Heritors in the sum of Twenty Pounds to meet the expenses of the next half year and authorised Mr Tweedie to collect the same
