Parochial Board Detail

Lord Kinnaird was chosen as Chairman.
The Inspector laid before the meeting the Poor's Roll which was carefully gone over and the Inspector was requested to instruct James Peebles that the Board considered that he was not now a proper object of Parochial relief, and also that his allowance should cease after the first of April next. The Inspector stated to the meeting that the sum of Twelve Pounds would be required to meet the demands upon the Board and the meeting hereby assess's the Heritors to that amount.
The meeting appointed Lord Kinnaird the Chairman of the Board for the current year.
