The Inspector laid before the meeting a state of his account showing a balance due to him of £15-7-6. As the Inspector was not anxious for immediate payment the assessment was delayed until August. The MacDonald the Inspector and Collector considering his removal to Glasgow resigned these offices which was accepted and Mr MacDonald was requested to notify his resignation to the Board of Supervision in Edinburgh.
